Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled only before they enter production or while in production but not yet shipped. Once your item has shipped, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.

Refunds:
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of many of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
